Your 5-Day Romantic Safari Itinerary
Day 1 – Romantic Rift Valley Scenery and Flamingo Shores
Your adventure begins today. After a relaxing breakfast, your private guide will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Tarangire National Park. During this two-hour transfer, you will enjoy scenic views of open grasslands, traditional Maasai homes, and passing herds of cattle.
Upon arrival, you will head straight out for your first game drive. Tarangire is famous for its remarkable elephant herds and the ancient baobab trees that dominate the landscape. In addition, you will likely encounter lions, leopards, buffaloes, and an abundance of birdlife. Later, you will enjoy a peaceful picnic lunch in the park before continuing your exploration into the evening.

Day 2 – Elephant Kingdom and Baobab Sunset
Today, you will journey to the lush Lake Manyara National Park, which offers a beautiful contrast to Tarangire’s open plains. For example, you will embark on a game drive through groundwater forests alive with monkeys before reaching the shimmering shores of Lake Manyara.

Day 3 – Journey to the Endless Golden Savannah

You will arrive at your luxury tented camp in time for lunch and a short rest. Afterward, you will head out for your first Serengeti game drive. Day 4 – Immersed in the Heart of the Serengeti

The central plains, dotted with acacia trees and rocky kopjes, provide ideal hunting grounds for predators. Consequently, your guide will tailor the game drive to maximize your sightings of lions, leopards, and hippos. Day 5 – Final Game Drive in the Cradle of Wildlife
After breakfast, you will depart the Serengeti and travel back through the lush Ngorongoro highlands toward the Ngorongoro Crater. You will descend 600 meters into this ancient volcanic caldera, which is home to one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa.
During this remarkable game drive, you may encounter black rhinos, lions, elephants, and large flocks of flamingos near the crater lake. Afterward, you will enjoy a scenic picnic lunch right on the crater floor. Following lunch, we will begin our journey back to Arusha, marking the end of your unforgettable romantic safari.
