1. Acceptance
By booking with Origin Wildlife Safaris, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. As a family-owned company based in Arusha with nearly 20 years of safari experience, we are committed to delivering seamless, reliable, and unforgettable journeys across Tanzania.

2. Booking & Confirmation
All safaris are tailor-made to suit your preferences. Once your itinerary is finalized:
✔ A deposit secures your booking
✔ A confirmation invoice is issued
✔ You complete a short travel form (flights, dietary needs, preferences)
Only services listed in your final itinerary are contractually guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Guarantees
Your price is secured after deposit, except in rare cases of:
✔ Government park fee changes
✔ Fuel cost increases
✔ Exchange rate fluctuations
✔ Supplier adjustments (for future bookings)

4. Payment Terms
Camping Safaris: 10% deposit
Lodge Safaris: 40% deposit
Tailor-Made Safaris: 10%–70% deposit
Balance: Before arrival or on arrival (cash preferred)
– We accept bank transfer, card, and secure online payments. Payments must be made to official Tanzanian company accounts.

5. Itinerary Flexibility
We may adjust logistics due to:
a) Weather or road conditions
b) Lodge availability
c) Safety considerations
Any changes will always maintain the quality and experience of your safari.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
45+ days: Refund minus 15% fees
30–44 days: 50% refund or 100% credit
15–29 days: Credit note only
0–14 days: No refund
Refunds processed within 21 working days.

7. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering:
✔ Cancellation
✔ Medical emergencies
✔ Evacuation
✔ Personal belongings

8. Liability
Origin Wildlife Safaris is not liable for events beyond our control, including delays, weather, airline issues, or natural events. Third-party services operate under their own terms.

9. Health & Fitness
Guests must ensure they are medically fit for travel and disclose any conditions that may affect their safari experience.

10. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate any trip without refund if a guest’s behavior risks safety, property, or the experience of others.

11. Complaints
Any issues must be reported immediately during the safari to allow prompt resolution.

12. Legal Jurisdiction
All bookings are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
