Terms and Conditions for a Tanzania Travel Agent Website
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the services provided by Origin Wildlife Safaris Limited, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us.” By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

  1. Contractual Agreement
    A binding contract will be established between you (the “Client”) and the Company upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in the booking confirmation. The contract is governed by the laws of Tanzania.
  2. Booking Procedure Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking. For bookings made less than 45 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
    Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before your scheduled departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking, with applicable cancellation fees.
  3. Changes and Cancellations Client-Initiated Changes: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. A fee may apply for alterations.
    Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your trip:
    More than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.
    Between 30-90 days before departure: 50% refund.
    Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
  4. Traveler’s Responsibilities
    Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information and ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas) are valid. It is also the client’s responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal liability.
  5. Liability Disclaimer
    The Company acts only as an agent for service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) and cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your trip unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
  6. Insurance
    We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other potential risks associated with travel in Tanzania.
  7. Force Majeure
    The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
  8. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
  9. Amendments
    The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their next booking. By confirming your booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
