Day 1 – Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide and transferred to Rivertrees Country Inn, a charming lodge set within lush gardens along a peaceful river.

After your international journey, take time to relax, settle into your room, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings before the adventure begins. Depending on arrival time, you may explore the gardens or simply unwind before dinner.

Day 2 – Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds and towering baobab trees.

Enjoy your first Tanzania safari game drive as you explore the park’s diverse habitats. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it an excellent place to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, lions, and numerous bird species.

Day 3 – Full Day in Tarangire National Park

Between game drives, return to your lodge to relax and enjoy the peaceful environment.

Day 4 – Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
